When network or computer problems surface we come to you. A certified computer tecnician will address your problem and get you working so you can get back to the tasks you need to do to grow your business. Home users get the same prompt service. We will assist with manufacturer warranty troubleshooting to get to the root of the problem and make sure warranty repair or replacement of your computer or other device is handled quickly. We know the terminology and have the troubleshooting skills to communicate with manufacturer support representatives. Feel confident that your warranty issues will be resolved. Many manufacturers will send their own tecnicians to replace or repair devices. We can be there if requested to make sure that any special configurations are not changed during the manufacturer tech's visit.
Remote support is available also. You can call us and we will direct you on how to grant us access to your computer to diagnose, repair or make reccomendations. Most of the time we can fix the problem remotely but be advised that sometimes remote support is not possible because a virus disables internet connectivity. In that case an on-site visit is necessarry.
